Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard top-tier affiliates across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Cultivate a thriving community of affiliates by providing consistent engagement, support, and meaningful incentives.
- Inspire and guide affiliates to create engaging, high-converting content that drives brand visibility and sales.
- Manage and optimize the affiliate program to maximize growth, retention, and revenue generation.
- Develop market-competitive compensation models (commission structures, bonuses, and tiered incentives).
- Leverage data-driven insights to track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance for continuous improvement.
- Experiment with new affiliate marketing strategies, document findings, and share best practices with our students.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure affiliate promotions align with overall company.
- Ensure compliance with social media and advertising policies for affiliate content.
Results
- Recruit and activate top-performing affiliates who consistently drive high-quality traffic and generate sales.
- Build a powerful community of influencers, creators, and marketers promoting Langius Media’s services and products.
- Develop a scalable, multi-platform affiliate marketing system that integrates marketing and advertising efforts.
- Aggressively monetize the affiliate program while using it as a testing ground to refine new strategies for our students.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically in managing or growing an affiliate program.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and expertise in driving content-based affiliate sales.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue through affiliates and influencers.
- Exceptional networking and community-building skills to foster strong affiliate relationships.
- Ability to create and structure competitive compensation models that attract and retain top-performing affiliates.
- Data-driven mindset—you optimize based on analytics, not guesswork.
- Creative problem-solver who can develop strategies for rapid affiliate growth.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $90,000 USD Annually + Commission
