Responsibilities
- Engage with leads through live sales calls via phone and Zoom.
- Efficiently manage your sales pipeline daily, ensuring no opportunity is left behind.
- Drive productivity by proactively scheduling calls and working through leads during available hours.
- Take ownership of your appointments and diligently track leads to maintain consistent momentum.
- Close deals with determination, consistently surpassing targets on a daily basis.
- Submit end-of-day KPI reports to highlight your accomplishments and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and company events to stay ahead and create a collaborative culture.
- Consistently exceed monthly objectives and KPIs, driving overall team success.
Results
- Maintain a professional appearance and presentation style, ensuring punctuality for all calls and meetings.
- Conduct a minimum of 100 live calls per month, achieving a close rate of at least 50% and a 92% show rate.
Requirements
- 1+ years of remote, high ticket offer sales experience and a proven history of meeting and exceeding substantial sales objectives and closing deals
- Professional, high-energy, and high-integrity personality that engages customers and builds trust in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- A relentless desire to win that drives you to be better every week
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills that allow excellent customer interactions and cross-departmental collaborations
- Proactive problem-solver who seeks out and implements effective solutions
- Coachable and able to learn quickly to continuously improve performance
- Proficiency in computer and CRM skills, HubSpot preferred
Expected Compensation
$31,200 USD Annual Recoverable Draw + Commission
OTE $220,000 - $450,000 USD Annually
