Responsibilities
- Begin each day with a drive to exceed sales KPIs, consistently optimizing your sales pipeline for success.
- Conduct 5-7 hour-long, live, scripted sales calls daily with prospects via phone and Zoom.
- Attend mandatory daily team meetings to stay aligned with team goals.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, paying close attention to detail while providing exceptional customer service and addressing objections effectively.
- Fuel team momentum by setting high-quality leads for closers and actively nurturing and following up with prospects.
- Manage the onboarding process for new software enrollments, conduct initial sales discovery, and relay critical information to Closers to ensure successful client conversions.
Results
- Maintain a professional appearance and presentation, ensuring punctuality for 100% of calls and meetings.
- Adhere to the sales script 100% of the time to ensure quality and compliance.
- Achieve a 95% Show Rate for your Setter calls.
- Maintain a 97% Set Rate.
- Ensure a 92% Show Rate for Closer calls.
- Achieve a 45% Conversion Rate (Set to Close).
- Successfully close 56+ sets monthly.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recent experience as a B2C Setter or Sales Development Representative; certification from a reputable sales course is a plus.
- Proven success in conducting sales calls that result in closed deals.
- Strong drive and determination to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Eager to receive coaching and feedback, continuously improving performance in both one-on-one and group settings during daily team meetings.
- High-energy, personable, and fluent in English, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers.
- Willingness to commit to a 50+ hour work week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and mornings as needed.
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
Expected Compensation
$40,000 USD Annual Recoverable Draw + Commission
OTE $50,000 - $150,000 USD Annually
